BES Banner Contest

Hey everyone. The BES Banner Contest is where you would design a new Banner for BES and enter the competition to see if you win! To sign up, you have to send Cee Cee (the administrater) a PM and tell her that you want to enter the contest and be one of the contestants. You have atleast 3 weeks to design it and on the 4th week, Cee Cee will anounce the winner. This will be held once a month and there will be a next round on the 2nd month! Is it gunna be black and white to match the site?

I don't know, I guess it has to be. I have to talk to Cee Cee about dat, if it doesn't have to be, then no. I already talk to Cee Cee about the other things though. To make it safe, I'd go with black and white first and if she says it's okay, you could go with colors.
